Midnight Sparkle, is the evil counterpart of Sci-Twi, and major antagonist in Friendship Games, and a minor/supporting antagonist in Legend of Everfree. In Equestria Girls New Generation, fanon series, she has a daughter named Perla Stella.

When transformed into Midnight Sparkle, Twilight becomes selfish, arrogant, power-hungry, evil and malicious, consumed with desire to learn everything about magic even at the cost of her entire world.
